Lee Deane
Lee Deane is a native New Yorker with over 30 years experience in the real estate industry.

Lee began his career as a commercial real estate broker in New York City and was involved in the sale of hundreds of millions of dollars of commercial properties. He went on to work on property acquisitions for himself and property management.

For the past thirty years he has dealt with just about every type of property imaginable including single family residences, multi family properties, development sites and shopping centers. His favorite type of deals are those that require special attention in the way of situations which need problem solving.

His years spent in the real estate industry has helped him gain important skills that allow him to provide the best solutions for his sellers. He prides himself on having an honest, straight forward approach to the business. With a strong work ethic and an attention to detail.
